Bachelor Degree in Health Sciences (1988) and a Master Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences (1991) from the University of Leiden, Netherlands. Bachelor Degree in Law (1992) from the University of Leiden, Netherlands.
Marianne has worked within the field of intellectual property since 2000 as a patent attorney at AstraZeneca’s global patent department. From 1997 until 2000 Marianne worked with licensing and purchasing. Before that Marianne worked as a scientist within the pharmaceutical technological field at the University of Leiden and at Astra Arcus AB.
Marianne has been involved in intellectual property matters over a broad and varied spectrum. She has many years of experience working with licensing and agreements. As a patent attorney she worked within the areas of life science and medical technology.
Marianne has been with BJERKÉNS since 2010.
